Inikpi Rabi Ujah-Samuel is Founder and Scientific Lead of AFEREI and Assistant Chief Scientific Officer at the National Biotechnology Research and Development Agency in Abuja, Nigeria. She is an embryologist with expertise in cryopreservation, fertility preservation, and reproductive biotechnology, bringing over nine years of research and clinical experience.
She holds a biochemistry background, an MPH, and a UK Diploma in Embryology and Andrology, and is a Fellow of the Africa Institute of Public Health.
Inikpi is an active member of the Clinical Embryology Association of Nigeria and the Association for Fertility and Reproductive Health, and has conducted substantial research on male infertility, sperm function analysis, and environmental drivers of reproductive health across Sub-Saharan Africa.
